To become a member of Ask2Box, simply fill out our registration form. After that, you'll receive an account activation email to confirm your registration. Follow the provided steps to set up your account.

If you haven't received the confirmation email, please consider the following:

  • The email might still be in transit. It can take a few hours for emails to arrive, especially during peak times.
  • Verify that you've provided the correct email address without any spaces or typos.
  • Check your junk/spam folder, and make sure your email settings aren't blocking messages from us. If you still haven't received the email, revisit the registration page and re-enter your email to request another confirmation email.

Once you've logged in, click on "Your Profile." From there, you can update your personal information such as your password and address by selecting "Update Profile." For other updates related to surveys, choose the various categories under "Further Profiling."

Updating your profiling information ensures that surveys are sent to you when your profile best matches the survey requirements. Frequent updates to your profile can increase the number of surveys you receive.

Earnings on Ask2Box are generated by completing surveys, and these rewards are added to your account after each survey (unless stated otherwise). You can request a payout once you reach the minimum payout threshold specified on your account page. Choose your preferred payment method for redemption.

Please note that Ask2Box reserves the right to deny incentives, remove panelists, or deny service based on various factors. Negative balances can occur when a survey response is deemed inappropriate or untruthful. For example:

  • Completing a survey too quickly ("Survey Speeding").
  • Providing inconsistent or inaccurate answers.
  • Not following instructions in surveys with repeated questions or specific answer requirements.
  • Offering inappropriate or non-sensible responses in open-ended questions.

These actions may result in a negative balance and, in some cases, termination from the panel.

Your username is your email address. If you forget your password, select "Forgot Password?" on the panel login page. Follow the prompts to reset your password. It's essential to use the correct email associated with your account.

To change your password, log in to your account and visit your profile. Click on "Update Profile" and select "Change Password" next to the password text box. Enter your current password and the new password, then click "Update" to change your password.

If you're experiencing login issues even after resetting your password, it might be due to cookies being disabled in your browser. Ensure that cookies are enabled. If problems persist, consider trying a different browser.

To delete your account from the panel, you can either: - Log in to your account, click "Unsubscribe," check the box confirming your choice, and then click "Unsubscribe" and "Ok." - Click the "Unsubscribe" link in a survey invite. - If you can't find the unsubscribe link and don't sign in through Cint, please contact the panel for account-related queries (email address is at the bottom of the survey invite).
